What People Are Saying

“Years ago I tried yoga with a close friend who was a certified teacher and really struggled. After taking a class with Michelle, I realized that her experience and explanation of how to do modifications of poses, really gave me the confidence to continue taking classes.”

— Ron of Levittown, PA

“I never thought I could do yoga because of my chronic back problems. Michelle knew how to teach me yoga with my issues. She knew that standing for me was a problem and taught me yoga with on the floor poses and with chairs. She has a wide range of knowledge and experience making my yoga experience pleasurable!”

— Susan of Oakdale, CA

“(Michelle) has helped me through my migraines and pregnancy. She is very patient and very attentive. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will research it until she does. She is a great teacher and I highly recommend her..”

— Marissa of Turlock, CA

“Michelle provides a good balance between the physical and the spiritual needs of her students. She senses what fits and changes it up accordingly. As a student, I feel challenged and yet not overworked.”

— Cynthia of Lodi, CA

“I want you to know that ever since the massage I have pooped at the same time every day…a regular poop and that has not happened since my gallbladder surgery in March.”

— Michelle of Modesto, CA

“I have been very happy taking a class with Michelle as an instructor. I am new to yoga and noticed that many of the aches my body experienced are not there anymore from the stretching and movement of the class. One of the many pluses from taking a class with Michelle is she is very patient with new persons and at the end of the class I am very relaxed. I did not find this with other instructors so it is a big plus for me.
