I specialize in private one-on-one yoga instruction for people of all shapes and sizes and for many reasons. People have come to me to deal with a particular illness / injury. People have also sought my services because their doctor told them to try yoga and they were afraid to start in a studio alongside people who already had a practice. I’ve worked with women, men, pregnant ladies, the injured, the fearful, the inflexible and as long as the student has been willing to try, I’ve seen my students have success after success. All-levels yoga stretching happens on Zoom every Monday night. Students should have a mat and are encouraged to have a pillow and blanket handy as general props. If you use other yoga props you can have those handy also but it’s not mandatory or necessary.
This class features stretching on the ground and standing. All are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and have some water to sip nearby.

If you are visible on screen I will provide feedback on poses.
