It has been my joy to serve all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities since I began teaching yoga in 2016. I’ve taught in my own home studio, the homes of my students, local yoga studios, Brenda Athletic Club, at a functional recovery wellness center, and I’m overjoyed to have my own space now in downtown Modesto.

Yes, men practice yoga too!
In my years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to worth with males as well as females, in person and online, in developing a yoga practice. They have sought instruction in yoga and meditation for reasons of stress, IBS, increased balance, strength, concentration, flexibility and much more.
