We’re bringing it back!
Join us on Wednesday evening, February 18 at 6pm for a Yoga Nidra Sound Bath.
As you recline comfortably, I lead your awareness through a guided meditation. You will be cued to progressively relax, preparing the consciousness to bring any type of healing change that you desire to visualize. It’s a practice of “re-programming” the Self into a healthier state, whatever that looks like to you.
Enhanced by the healing vibrations of the sound experience provided by Euphonic Attunement, this session is a beautiful way to spark self-healing and to flourish self-love, self-compassion, and inner joy!
Yoga Nidra calms the sympathetic nervous system while activating the parasympathetic system, which governs automatic processes like heartbeat, breathing, digestion, and blood flow. By reducing the fight-or-flight response, it promotes balance in the body, supports stress relief, and triggers melatonin release from the pineal gland to enhance immunity, regulate cortisol and blood pressure, and improve sleep quality.
Reach out today to save your spot. Space is limited.

“I have been very happy taking a class with Michelle as an instructor. I am new to yoga and noticed that many of the aches my body experienced are not there anymore from the stretching and movement of the class. One of the many pluses from taking a class with Michelle is she is very patient with new persons and at the end of the class I am very relaxed. I did not find this with other instructors so it is a big plus for me.
