Yoga and Meditation

Yoga looks like a workout and a stretch, but it’s really so much more! At Be You Yoga, you don’t have to be “in shape” already to practice. I use special techniques and props (yoga straps, blocks and chairs etc) to assist all bodies in finding their own practice. I specialize in helping those with injuries, fears, and intense inflexibility.

Once the body has a chance to move, stretch, and “get the ants out of your pants”, it’s easier to sit still for meditation. I use a variety of techniques to teach people to gradually slow down the mind and gain greater awareness of the present moment.
