Join in for all-levels stretch on Zoom this Monday! In-person returns 12/4.
Students are welcome/encouraged to bring a pillow and a blanket for comfort, as the floors are hard. Wear comfortable clothing and have your water handy for this one hour stretch featuring poses reclining and sitting on the ground as well as standing and balancing. Mild strength training included, as well as posture and mindfulness.
All are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring water, or have some nearby if practicing at home. For Zoomers, if you are visible on screen I will provide you feedback on poses. Reach out to save your space or get the link. $20 investment for the 60 minute class.
