Monday Night Yoga on Zoom

Join in for all-levels stretch on Zoom online every Monday!

Get your mat and a comfy spot on the floor for this all-around stretch. Having a pillow, blanket and any of your favorite yoga props nearby is a good idea also. This one hour stretch features poses reclining and sitting on the ground as well as standing and balancing. Mild strength training included, as well as posture and mindfulness.

All are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and have some water nearby for this home practice. If you are visible on screen I will provide you feedback on poses. Reach out to get the link. $20 investment for the 60 minute class.
