Yoga Nidra looks like sleep, but it's actually a guided progressive relaxation with the purpose of setting an intention (sankalpa) to manifesting a change in one's life. The change could be physical, mental, or even spiritual.
Participants will receive a brief explanation and seated stretch in preparation to recline comfortably and enjoy this 45-minute practice, enhanced by sound bowls provided by Tam Carr of Euphonic Attunement.
Space is limited for this comfortably intimate event. No prior yoga experience needed; only the desire to be still and focus on self-love and self-healing. $30 investment; comfortable clothing recommended.
