Yoga Nidra: Discussion & Practice

Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious relaxation. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn't found in an average meditation practice.

This class starts with a brief PowerPoint presentation explaining the history, science, and application of Yoga Nidra. Then, participants will be led to comfortably recline and receive the practice, which takes about 40 minutes. Comfortable clothing is recommended. $15 investment. Registration required due to limited space.
